We had a solid fundamental business but were struggling with cash flow and could not source financial help through our normal channels to survive lockdown. Profynd set out a business case and presentation for us that helped us borrow significant funds through CBILS which saved our business.
Established IT business
We had invoices that had been overlooked and were outstanding for over a year and asked Profynd to help. Other than the fact that all of the debt was collected, the thing that most impressed us was that their communications and contact with our debtors matched precisely how we wanted to be represented.
International Charity
Our FD passed away and we lost track of of our accounts processes. The business continued but our accounts became very disorganised. Profynd stepped in and brought everything back up to speed, including liaising with HMRC about VAT returns that we had not filed. They now run our entire accounting function and report to our board monthly.
